We are here to implement the five purposes of our church. We worship, fellowship, outreach, minister and educate.
B.W.I.M believes in teaching God's children to understand that worship is more than a church experience but a way of life through praise, communication with God can be achieved, allowing them to live and operate in the manifold presence of God. By living a life of worship the heart cry of, God can be heard, administrated and carried out.
Jesus stressed in Matthew 12:46 - 50 that we are all brothers and sisters through Christ. Jesus further stressed in Hebrews 10:24-25 that we should not forsake the assembling of ourselves together. Through fellowship we able to exhort and provoke one another to love and good works. A relationship built upon fellowship develops cohesion and oneness in the body. Hence, fortifying the body of Christ for the end time harvest.
Jesus stressed prior to his ascension that the gospel was to be preached throughout the world. The mission field is not just overseas but in the home, workplace and everywhere in between. The Gospel is not confined to the four walls of the church but it must be taken outside. The only way to see the true power of God working in your church or life is to take the gospel to the lost.
In Matthew 25:31 - 46 Jesus reveals the heart of true ministry. Taking the gospel to the lost is not enough. We must meet their physical, emotional and spiritual needs as well. Only when this is accomplished can the true vision of Christ be achieved.
Teaching is the avenue that we use to train and prepare the body for the work of the ministry. The use of workshops, seminars and hands on otreaches are valuable tools that will equip the body and give them confidence that they will need to help fulfill the great commission with miracles, signs and wonders following.
